Welcome Statement

My name is Aaron Erickson. I live in Seattle, Washington. I am currently pursuing a nutrition science degree through Kaplan University. I am a High School Biology teacher and football/track coach. I have the pleasure of coaching and serving as a mentor for young adults on a daily basis and I would like to learn more skills that I could eventually relay to them. I have a wife and a beautiful baby boy. I am looking forward to this class as I believe it will help me in my classroom and on the playing field.
